Research Interests 

I manage the chemical pretreatment of samples to be radiocarbon dated at the Oxford Radiocarbon Accelerator Unit. I am interested in optimising radiocarbon pretreatment methods as well as applications of radiocarbon analysis to archaeology, paleaoclimatology and palaeoceanography.
