Thank you for your enquiry about the Archaeology and Anthropology Open Day. Arrangements for the day are as follows:

 

You should aim to arrive at the Institute of Archaeology [36 Beaumont Street, Oxford OX1 2PG - see http://www.arch.ox.ac.uk/getting-to-institute.html], at 11.15 am. At 11.30 am, following coffee, there will be a couple of introductory talks by academic members of staff. We will stop for lunch, which will be organized, free of charge, at one of the Colleges. This will enable you to meet some of our current students and get a feeling for collegial life. In the afternoon, back in the Institute, you will have the opportunity to discuss admission procedures with College Tutors, meet more undergraduates and talk further about the course. The session should finish by 3.15 pm, when tea will be offered. You should be able to leave Oxford by 3.30 pm.
