AHRC-funded 3-year studentship - Chinese Archaeology

06-02-2017 by Reception User

We are happy to announce an AHRC-funded 3-year studentship available for DPhil studies at Oxford in Chinese Archaeology working on material from the British Museum.
The title of the project is: "Ceramic Traditions of Early Northern China: Painted Pottery in Context", but there is some flexibility in developing this topic. A background in Chinese studies and/or archaeology is desirable but either is negotiable. Application deadline is noon on 21 April 2017.
Please be aware that the applicant has to be a resident of the UK or European Economic Area (EAA) due to AHRC regulations. Residency (not citizenship!) is the main criterion.
