Responsibilities: Day to day management and provision of advice on all HR matters within the School relating to staff employment life-cycle. This includes all asepcts of recruitment or appointment of academic, permanent, fixed-term and temporary/casual staff as well as visitors and research associates, staff induction processes, in-post HR arrangements for all School staff including reward/absence/performance/grievance/sickness management/advice on running effective PDRs and advice on contractual extensions/amendments.
