Research Profile
I am a Group Leader at the Big Data Institute and Centre for Human Genetics, Nuffield Department of Medicine, University of Oxford. My research focuses on understanding the patterns and processes of natural selection, and the role played by environmental factors (e.g., human culture, infectious disease, climate change and ecosystem dynamics) in shaping phenotypic diversity and driving episodes of rapid polygenic adaptation in human and animal populations.
