Dr Samantha Neil

I am interested in use of biomolecular science in archaeology. I have a particular interest in isotope analysis, which is increasingly being applied to provide an insight into past climatic, environmental and social change. My current research focuses on the way in which isotope analysis can be used to help us understand the development and spread of agriculture in Europe.
