Research Administrator - Dr Laura Morley (Mon - Thurs 9-2). Support for: funding opportunities, grant applications, X5 costings, career development opportunities for research staff, non-financial post-award support, School Monograph series, open access queries, Symplectic queries and REF. 

Degree Programme Manager - Dr Claire Perriton (Mon - Thurs) Management of the PG and UG degrees & their administration. Support for DGS, DUGS and course directors in all aspects of the degree course life cycle.

HR Manager - Marie-Pier Belanger (Mon-Thurs 9-3). Manages School HR processes, strategy, policy, recruitment and immigration. Support for managers and all staff in HR-related matters. 

Finance Manager - Stephen Hick. Monitoring School's financial performance working closely with HoD , HoA and central finance. Budget Forecasts, advice on research application budget/costings, first point of contact for costing grant applications, external grant applications, post-award administration and financial reporting to PIs and sponsors for external research grants. 

Head of ICT & Building ServicesJeremy Worth. Management of all ICT and Building services & facilities.  Advice on equipment and research computing, purchasing of all IT related equipment.  Health & Safety, Security, Building management and Fieldwork risk assessments. 

Communications & Outreach Manager - Robyn Mason. Coordinate & develop School communications and publicity - newsletters, promotional publications, the School website and social media platforms. Coordinate School outreach, access and PER programmes, School events (public lectures, celebrations, etc). 

Editorial Coordinator Samantha Bowring (Mon 10-2. Weds-Fri 10-4). Assists the editors of Archaeometry in managing the sub-editing and submission process, provides advice on publishing papers, reviewing papers and open access. 

Graduate Administrator Research Degrees - Barbara Morris. On-course administration for PG research courses - admissions, inductions, milestone assessments, funding and visa arrangements. First line queries from applicants, staff and on-course students and supervisors. (Mon-Weds).

HR Officer - Dag Martinsen. First point of contact for all employee life-cycle matters for G1-9 posts including: recruitment, induction, PDR, extensions, end of FTC.

Finance Administrator - Hayley Sula. Purchasing goods/services (<10K), arranging tenders for goods and services, travel organisation through Key Travel, University credit card queries, expenses process, processing all internal & external invoices, advances and pre-paid temporary credit cars for trips, University's online shop

Archaeological Photographer Ian Cartwright (aiu@arch.ox.ac.uk). First line A/V support, general finds and fieldwork photography, specialist imaging (360, RTI, 3D, etc.) and all digital imaging services

 

EAMENA Project Administrator - Melisa Holloway (Mon, Tues, Thurs, half-day: Wed & Fri). Administrates and supports the project team, manages their social media, database membership and website.

Graduate Administrator Taught Degrees -  On-course administration for PG taught courses including admissions & assessments. First-line queries from applicants, staff and on-course students and supervisors. 

 

Administrator Oxford Radiocarbon Accelerator Unit - Emma Henderson. First point of contact between ORAU and its customers. Advises on ORAU policy and procedures. Manages all ORAU communications and finances

 

 

IT Support Technician Alexander Marshall. First line IT support through helpdesk (help@arch.ox.ac.uk), setup and installation of  new equipment, asset management and equipment maintenance, electrical testing. 

 

Project Administrator for Horsepower - Elizabeth Allen (Mon-Fri, 9-12:40)

Undergraduate Studies Administrator - Rachel Maughan (Mon - Fri 9-12:40). On-course administration for the UG degree, first line queries from applicants, staff and on-course students.
